Southwest Mango Salsa
Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, peeled (approx. 1 cup)1/3 red onion (approx. 1 cup)2 tsp. Simple Indulgence Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend1 tbsp. lime juice1/3 cup cilantro leaves, washed1 mango, peeled and diced
In the Quick Chef® Pro System, add all of the ingredients except for the mango. Chop to desired consistency. Remove top add the diced mango. Chop again and serve.

Spiced Meatballs Makes

This recipe uses the Tupperware Smart Steamer
½
cup uncooked rice
½
cup minced green onions
½
lb. ground chicken or turkey
1
tbsp. soy sauce
½
cup mushrooms, finely chopped
2
tsp. cornstarch
1
tsp. minced peeled ginger
½
tsp. sesame oil
Place
½ cup of rice in a 6-cup/1.4 L Wonderlier® Bowl. Cover with water
to 1 inch above rice and let stand 1 hour. Drain rice in the Double
Colander and place on a Microwave Luncheon Plate. Com-bine chicken
and remaining ingredients in a Thatsa® Bowl. Stir well using a Saucy
Silicone
Spatula and form into 12 balls. Roll balls in rice. Place 6 balls in
Colander and 6 balls
in
Steamer Base. Pour 1¾ cups of water in Water Tray. Place the Steamer
Base on the Water
Tray
and the Colander on the Steamer Base. Cover, place in the micro-wave
and heat on high
Apple Pie Burritos
Serves
2: 1 burrito per
person
Ingredients
2
whole wheat tortillas (7 inch)
1
apple, peeled and thinly sliced
½
tsp. Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend
1
tbsp. caramel ice cream topping, for garnish
1
tbsp. chopped pecans, for garnish
frozen
yogurt or whipped topping, for serving
Directions
1.
Fill bottom dish of Tupperware Small Microsteamer with 1 cup of
water.
2.
Place Microsteamer colander on top and place 2 tortillas in colander.
3.
Cover and steam in microwave for 30-45 seconds on High.
4.
Remove tortillas and place apple slices on bottom half of each
tortilla.
5.
Sprinkle apples with Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning
Blend and roll tortillas
into
a burrito, folding the ends half-way through.
6.
Place burritos on colander, cover and steam in microwave 3 minutes on
High.
7.
Place burritos on Dessert Plates from Sweets for My Sweet set,
drizzle with caramel topping and
sprinkle
with chopped pecans.
8.
Serve with frozen yogurt or whipped topping on the side.
